Refund policy

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in original condition. To start a return, email us at helloastrova@gmail.com with your order number and we'll take care of the rest. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the return. If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us and we'll replace it or refund you in full — no return necessary.
